How do i convince my dad 2 let me go to an all Juniors and senoirs party?

At my school freshmans hardly participate in anything, we there pretty much to come and go. A Guy friend of mine whose a Junior, is trowing one of the biggest summer party ever and he invited me and my best friend to come but I know my dad won't let me. Last time I asked him to go to a party, he talks and talks, saying stuff like "what u n ur friend ganna bring guys over to do who knows what. " and a punch more. At my school me and my friend might be the first to ever go to a Juniors and seniors party, I wanna go so bad. So how do I convince my dad that I'm mature enough to go? I'm fourteen and the party start at 8:30pm to 1:00 am. I don't wanna sneak out 'cause the last time my brother caught sneaking out he got in so much trouble, oh yeah I can't bring my brother 'cause his not invited.
