So im two weeks late?can i be pregnant?

So I'm two weeks late & I would like to know if this are symptoms of pregnancy. A week ago I was discharging this pink brown discharge,but didn't get my period I'm also cramping really bad that even my legs hurt I also feel this really bad pain like a stab on my vagina.there's also times I can't lay on my back because I feel like trowing up. My breast are really sore & my nipples are hard n sensitive . & also I been so horny that is not even funny. Can someone help me and please don't be rude.
