PLEASE HELP ME!! I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING!?

Well girly looks like ur in some serious ****.u should really GO and c a doctor and get this figured out before it turns into somthing really serious and how did this start in da first place?hope u feel better and tke my advice go and see a docter,even if it means getting yelled by ur parents(if u did nothin wrong u shouldnt be in trouble).feel better
