How to Fix Clutch on Pocket Dirt Bike?

I have a 49cc pocket dirt bike that has been working fine until today. The back wheel of the dirt won't move unless I lift the bike and move it. When I start the engine, the bike moves, but stops after a short while. There's a new transmission, and the chain is fit perfectly. I assume it's the clutch, and any advice would be much appreciated.
