I have 2 trees 1 is peach 1 is nectarine why peach tree is giving fruit and the other no't?

i have 2 trees they are 3 years old and peach is giving fruit the other one it has only like 8- 10 fruits is that normal ? i didn't bougth the trees they star growing from the fruit and trowing seads on my garden thanks for your help
