Dog is bleeding from rectum and mouth?

VERY SMALL DOG---bleeding from her rectum---trowing up ALLOT of blood---she is cold when you touch her---shallow breathing---mouth open, and tongue hanging out---she can not move on her own---holding her and she is putting her front paws around my neck/not wanting me to let go of her----THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP--
