How would you handle an ADHD CHILD?

OK my SON has adhd he is easily influenced by his his friends once he set a garbage can on fire he is 12 whiny andOUTof control he steals she got suspended 2x he runs away and does not come back for hours i tried everything he has a mouth like a sailor he has swung at me and my husband and he is extremely violent with his sisters he mistreats my handicapped older son he trows tantrums at 12 !he lies to me he hang out with he wrong crowd there is no longer any peace in this house there is fighting every day i dont know what to do anymore is this the adhd or is this just plain misbehaving ive ran out of options
