My Miniature Pincher ate tampons!!!?

Ok so i have a pitbull and a min. pincher and when i got back home he went through everything in my bathroom trast. then later on at night he trew up 2 whole used tampons and a day later he pooped one out. But now hes been trowing up his food and he cries right before trowing up other than that hes all playful like always.
