What does it mean if a guy stares at you while he has an bonner?

there is a guy in my class who people have been telling me that he likes me but idk bout that. so we were in study hall and i was jokeing around with one of my friends and i kinda said his name dirty like witch i know is kinda wierd and wrong but i was just kiding well anyway after i said it i noticed he had been staring at me and he saw what i said well we kinda just looked at each other for a while then he rolled his head and looked away then like two minutes l8r he got up to trow something away and he had a very noticeable bonner, well then for the rest of study hall he was stareing at me while he still had his bonner, idk if it actually meant anything but what do you think?
