Wife left house and took out TPO on me .?

Well she left the house and went to stay with her mom . Took out tpo on me . Dueing this time we where talking about her comeing home . She did come home and we lived as man and wife for 5 days before TPO was served . TPO was served and I had to leave the house that I own bought and payed for . Well now I cant talk to her and she is holding all my stuff hostage . IE Van , tools ,etc . The tpo was taken because she was trowing my clothes in the floor from my dresser . I went and slamed the draw shut but didnt see her arm still in drawer . She clamed to be hurt .
