Does she like me?.....?

Okay so me and my bestfriend we dated once before. I have told her I'm still in love with her.. but she's trowing some signals out there that's confusing the snot out of me.. she still hugs me passionatly, she tells me she loves me, she said she wants me but wants to be single at the same time.. I wrote something about her it was basicly my feelings and she said it made her cry.. so idk if she wants to give it another shot...I do... should I ask her to be my girlfriend again?
